Index Treatment

CYBERARK SOFTWARE LTD shareholders approved the merger with PALO ALTO NETWORKS INC on 13 November 2025. Trading will halt immediately after the after-hours session on 10 February 2026, with delisting effective prior to market open on 12 February 2026 following the anticipated closing on 11 February 2026.

CYBERARK SOFTWARE LTD will be removed from all affected indices upon delisting. The weight of CYBERARK SOFTWARE LTD, valued at its last closing price prior to suspension (11 February 2026 close), will be redistributed pro rata across the remaining Index constituents.​ The shares of PALO ALTO NETWORKS INC will be increased according to the stock terms.
